Which licence do I need?
It depends on the vehicle: you'll need a valid licence that matches the vehicle category (AM/A1/A2/A/B), held for at least one year. Requirements are checked at pick-up against your original documents.
What's the minimum age to rent?
The minimum age is 18, with a valid licence held for at least one year.
How does the deposit work?
A security deposit is required at pick-up, either as a pre-authorisation on your card/PayPal or in cash. It's released or returned at the end of the rental, once we've checked the vehicle.
Is a helmet included?
Yes, a helmet for the rider is always included. A helmet for the passenger is available as a paid add-on.
Do you deliver the scooter to my hotel or home?
Yes. Delivery and collection to your door are free within the municipality of Diano Marina. For addresses outside the municipality, a premium service is available for a small surcharge.
Can I add a second rider?
Of course. The second rider must meet the same requirements (age and licence) and be registered before the rental begins. It's a paid add-on.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay easily online by credit/debit card or with your PayPal account.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes, we always issue an invoice for every rental. That's why we ask for your full details (including VAT number/tax code) when you book.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the start (100% refund); between 48 and 24 hours before, a 50% refund; with less than 24 hours' notice or in case of a no-show, no refund applies. Changes are subject to availability.
Are the vehicles insured?
All vehicles are covered by mandatory third-party liability (RCA) insurance. When you book, you can add extra cover such as a deductible reduction.
What happens in case of a breakdown or accident?
Get in touch with us right away: we'll assist you and tell you how to proceed. In case of an accident you'll need to fill in the accident report form, and in case of theft you'll need to report it to the authorities.
